After the partnership ends, how long do I have to request changes and download files from the platform?
To help you make the most of your final cycle with us, here’s a summary of key dates leading up to the end of the partnership:

1 day before the last day of your cycle: This is the final deadline to submit new requests on the platform.

+7 calendar days: After the end of your cycle, you’ll have up to this date to request final adjustments to open tasks.

+3 additional days: After that, you’ll still have 3 more days to download all final assets from the platform.
Example for a cycle ending on October 1st:

September 30th until 4:00 p.m.: Last day to submit new requests.

October 7th until 4:00 p.m.: Final deadline to request fine-tuning adjustments on open tasks.

October 10th until 6:00 p.m.: Final deadline to download all available deliverables from the platform.
