How can I track the status of submitted requests?

In the “Tasks” area, you can see the status of each request:

-Task created: when you send the briefing but the team has not yet started the request.

-In revision: the briefing is being analyzed by the Faster team.

-On hold: Task has not yet been started, usually a task that depends on the approval of another previous step (for example: a storyboard that depends on the approval of a script that is being developed).

-In editing: Used when the client or internal team is editing a task.

-Pending approval: delivery has been made and review by the client is required.

-In progress: your piece is in development.

-Approved: the piece has been approved and the open file is available for download.

-Draft: the briefing has not yet been sent to Faster for production.
