How do I understand my franchise?

In the menu on the left side of the platform, under Control > Credits, you can check the information about your contracted monthly allowance. The percentage of credit bank usage will vary according to your plan, ranging from 20% to 100%. These extra credits are automatically added to your statement each cycle. And best of all: if they are not used, they go back to the credit bank, ready to be used in the future!
