How does the delivery time for a request work?

We know that the higher the number of credits, the greater the complexity or size of the request. That’s why we follow a basic rule:

• 1 credit = up to 1 business day for delivery

• 2 credits = up to 2 business days

• 3 credits = up to 3 business days

• More than 3 credits: our team evaluates the complexity and adjusts the deadline accordingly.

Delivery times may also vary depending on your subscription plan:

• Lite: deliveries starting from 48 hours

• Pro and Premium: deliveries starting from 24 hours

Just a heads-up: we consider same-day requests those submitted by 4:00 p.m. Requests sent after that time are scheduled for the next day, and deadlines start counting from then.
