How does the delivery time for an order work?

We know that the higher the number of credits, the greater the complexity or size of the delivery. Therefore, we follow the basic rule: 

• 1 credit = up to 1 business day for delivery
• 2 credits = up to 2 business days
• 3 credits = up to 3 business days
• Above 3 credits, our team assesses the complexity and adjusts the deadline as necessary.

Deadlines also vary according to the plan contracted: 

• Lite: deliveries from 48 hours
• Pro and Premium: deliveries from 24 hours

Oh, and just a reminder: we consider requests sent before 4 p.m. to be same-day requests. After that time, they are added to the next day's schedule and deadlines start counting from that moment.
