How the credit bank works

For Pro, Premium, and Enterprise plans, unused credits from the cycle are automatically added to the credit bank. The percentage of use of this credit bank varies between these plans: Pro - up to 50% of the allowance value. Premium and Enterprise - Unlimited. Our tip is to align with the team that serves the account to ensure that there will not be a workload that could compromise quality. Everything is designed to give you more flexibility in your demands without compromising deliveries. If not used, credits return to the bank for future use! Lite and Project customers do not accumulate credit banks.
