Is there any cost to terminate the contract?

There is no penalty or administrative fee for terminating the contract, provided that the notice period is respected as described in the Terms of Agreement. The customer must communicate the termination by formal notification, and the notice period begins at the start of the next consumption cycle. If there is an active loyalty period, termination before this period may result in a proportional charge for the remaining period.
