What happens to unused credits when the contract ends?

Recurring clients (Lite, Pro, Premium): any accumulated credits expire once the contract ends.

Spot clients: do not have access to unused credits after the contract period is over.

Project clients: may purchase extra credits, but those also expire when the contract ends.
