Pro, Premium, Enterprise, and Project: You have specialized customer service focused on Creative Excellence, consisting of a Creative Account Manager (CAM) who is the guardian of your brand here and ensures quality in deliveries, as well as strategic support for your company, Creative Account Support (CAS) who will provide day-to-day support with questions about tasks and credits, Art Director (AD), a senior person focused on ensuring consistency and coherence in all account deliveries, as well as Creative Quality Specialists (CQS) focused on Copywriting and Motion deliveries. All plans have support from our team available during business hours through communication channels to help with requests, adjustments, questions, and bugs.
