Who will be my main point of contact at Faster?

You’ll be supported by our specialized team, which includes a Customer Success Manager (CSM) and a dedicated support representative, both responsible for handling your requests and offering help whenever needed.

The support structure varies depending on your customer type and plan:

  • Pro and Premium: have a dedicated Customer Success Manager (CSM) and dedicated support.

  • Lite: support is your main point of contact, ensuring your requests are handled efficiently.

  • Project Clients: receive personalized service, with full support for all deliverables — including deadline management and revisions, led by the CSM and Creative Support team.

  • Spot Clients: are assisted by our Customer Support team throughout the duration of the plan, focusing on processes, timelines, and quality, with close and proactive follow-up.

In addition, all plans have access to our support team for help with task submissions, revisions, questions, and bug reports.
Support is available during business hours via WhatsApp and email.
